balance and lose a few pounds at the same time. This three-week plan sets a pattern
of what to eat and when to eat that will help you manage your hunger, your energy
level, and the way you feel. Each day is structured to deliver a nutritionally balanced
diet within the new Nutrition Program guidelines. Following a structured meal plan,
using calorie- and nutrition balanced products like ZonePerfect Nutrition Bars helps
you learn how to establish a similar pattern that you can adapt to fit your lifestyle.
