In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, coriander and salt. Set aside. Heat oil in a medium pot over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, yellow pepper, green chilies and jalapeño. Sauté for 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add seasoning mixture and cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Add salsa, beans, chicken and chicken stock. Simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in chopped cilantro and serve.
