Rated 3 out of 5 by Texansmile from Not a fan of the taste I think it is great that there is a ready made shake out there for the Keto diet. In this respect the nutrition in this shake is perfectly balanced for a keto diet, heavy if the fat and protein and light on the carbs. It kept me nice and full through to lunch time. However it shouldn’t just stop with nutrition, you want it to taste good too. Unfortunately this did not. It is great that they used Stevia as a sweetener instead of something artificial but there is just too much! The shake is too sweet and all you can taste is the flavor of stevia and nothing else. I could not taste coconut at all, and could only taste a hint white chocolate. It was hard to tell.

Rated 3 out of 5 by abba067 from Not a good flavor The Zone Perfect Keto drinks did not have a very good flavor to them. I did not like the aftertaste to the drink, but the White Chocolate Coconut flavor was good. It is a good drink for those who are trying to lose weight and on a ketogenic diet. The shake was 11 oz, and was a good size for a shake, but I wouldn't think that it would be a good meal replacement. It did taste a little bit better when cold and made sure it was shook up. I did like how it helps burn body fat, and had 75% fat, 20% protein and 5% carbs. I probably would not buy these drinks in the future, just due to the taste, but would recommend them to others for the health and diet factor.

They were within range for macros and with the MCT’s (medium-chain triglycerides) at each serving containing 200 calories, it is well within my frame of caloric intake. With these shakes, you can have them as either a meal on its own or as a snack throughout the day. The taste of the shake is definitely good, but it is heavier on the coconut than the pineapple making it almost like a coconut milk with hints of pineapple shake. What I did do with this is blend it with some crushed pineapple and vanilla bean ice cream to make an amazing non-alcoholic piña colada.
